1 – Was this the first time that you participated in the Global Management Challenge? 2 – Why did you want to participate?<\/strong> 3 –<\/strong> How did your colleagues and you organize to answer the different challenges? 4 – You didn’t pass to the next stage, do you feel you’d do better now? <\/strong> Were you able to understand what went wrong and what was necessary for you to move on in the competition?<\/strong> 5 – According to GMC, this competition helps to gain a better understanding of the different areas of a company and understand that a bad decision can affect the whole business. David:<\/strong> Yes, I had the opportunity to participate in the past, but I wasn\u2019t able to at that time.
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
David:<\/strong>I wanted to participate because I like challenges, managing resources and expectations is a point of interest for me since an early age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/b>David:<\/strong> We usually chose one or two days of the week to stay a little later in the office and study the challenges. On the final day before the final submission, we would review each other’s suggestions and choose the final decision.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of course we like to believe that we would do better now, but there are a lot of details to pay attention too, and above all, it’s a competition! And as in any competition, we can even do much better than what was done before and still not achieve or exceed the results obtained by other teams.
At the time, we were all with projects that took a lot of time and I think we were given some unnoticed details that were important for solving the challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
David:<\/strong> Yes, I completely agree. All areas of the business have an impact on the final result, some more than others, but all are key to the long-term success of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
David:<\/strong> Yes, of course. If I get the chance, I’ll gladly participate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
